SL5

The SL5 pod is used with CR1-DS1 to give direction sensing.

The SL5 pods are available as optional items to replace the SL4 standard-issue pods supplied with the CR1-DS1. This reader only requires one transmit loop. The SL5 pods are placed strategically at either side of a loop to enable direction sensing.

Ordering Information

Ordered as SL5 (SL5A - USA system).

The SL5 should be ordered at the same time as the CR1-DS1 reader to ensure it is not supplied with SL4 pods.
