On 1st March 2007 all U.K. producers (manufacturers and importers) of Electrical and Electronic Equipment are required by law to join an approved compliance scheme. Identec has joined the scheme operated by AVC Weeeco, Gateshead, NE10 OJP AVC Weeeco.
Identec accepts responsibility for the safe disposal of obligated WEEE generated within the U.K from 1st July 2007.
Identec terms and conditions will change on 1st July 2007 to include WEEE Directive conditions.
